Kim Robbins, M.D.
Dr. Kim Robbins is one of the foremost LASIK surgeons in the Northeast. She trained wit h a
world renowned refractive specialist and is experienced in several vision enhancement surgical
techniques. With a decade of experience in refractive surgery, Dr. Robbins has performed
thousands of LASIK procedures.
Dr. Robbins earned her medical degree from the New York Medical college and completed
her residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City. A board certified ophthalmologist,
she has served as a member of the board and as advisor and medical director for various
national and Connecticut eye care organizations. She has also served as a clinical
associate for St. Vincent's Hospital.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the
American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She belongs to the Connecticut
State and Fairfield County medical societies and was on the professional advisory
board of the Better Vision Institute.
Dr. Spiro Combest, M.D.
Dr. Combest received his undergraduate education at Adelphi University and his medical degree from the Spartan Health Sciences School of Medicine. He then went on to serve his residency training at the Nassau University Medical Center, where he served as Chief resident.
Dr. Combest is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the New York Medical Society and is certified in Intralase, ECP, Glaucoma and cataract treatments. Dr. Combest has a personal affinity for performing sutureless pterygium excision with endograft surgeries.
Ann M. Carone, O.D.
While attaining her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry
in Boston, Dr. Carone served as a clinical intern in a variety of health organizations
in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. She received laser certification for
laser therapy of the anterior segment from the New England College of Optometry.
She is American Board of Opticianry certified.
