The Optical Shop at the Robbins Eye Center was created to provide our patients with exceptional service, selection and, most importantly, the best continuity of care possible.
At Robbins Optical your doctor works directly with your optician to insure that you get exactly what you need — from examination to prescription, through frame and lens selection to final fitting, the Robbins Team works to insure that you receive the best optical experience possible.
Robbins Optical Service and Aftercare
Our Opticians provide you with guidance throughout your selection process, from frame and lens selection to choosing the right lens coating to meet your lifestyle needs. Our service continues after you take your new glasses home. We happily offer our patients continuing aftercare with free repairs and adjustments, done while you wait when possible, even if you did not originally purchase your eyewear from us.
Insurance benefit management
Our Optical staff manages all your insurance paperwork for you. We will contact your insurance provider to obtain your benefit and provide you with immediate credit. No waiting for paperwork to clear. We will file all the necessary paperwork with your provider on your behalf, allowing you to focus on selecting the perfect pair of glasses.
